Shipping & Processing

All Texas Untamed Embroidery items are made or prepared to order. Please allow 7–10 business days for order processing before shipment. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information. Shipping time after dispatch depends on the carrier and destination and is separate from the processing time.

Texas Untamed Embroidery is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, postal service disruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Texas Untamed Embroidery is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

Texas Untamed Embroidery is not responsible for packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please check with household members, neighbors, or building management, and contact your local post office. Customers may also file a missing mail request with USPS at www.usps.com.
