Order Changes & Cancellations

Because many Texas Untamed Embroidery products are customized or prepared to order, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production has begun. If you need to request a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. While we will do our best to assist, changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has started.

Product Care

Many Texas Untamed Embroidery garments feature embroidery or specialty finishes. To preserve the quality of the garment and embroidery, we recommend washing items inside out on a delicate cycle using cold water. Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry. Failure to follow recommended care instructions may result in damage to the garment or embroidery, and Texas Untamed Embroidery cannot be held responsible for damage caused by improper washing or care.
